Who We Are

 We will be the preeminent Army Cadet Corps in the Ottawa St. Lawrence Area by offering a challenging and diverse program focused on Youth development and creating leaders in all disciplines of the Training Program.

Each Army Cadet Corps has an affiliated unit of the Canadian Armed Forces, either Regular or Reserve. The affiliated unit may provide facilities, equipment, training advisors and involve cadets in certain aspects of their training.  We are proud to be affiliated with The Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa (Duke of Edinburgh’s Own).   This distinguished unit is often represented on the Army Cadet uniform by regimental accoutrements such as beret badges.

Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps, Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa (Duke of Edinburgh's Own) will operate a high impact training program using both in person and hybrid learning approaches to create a positive learning and development environment for the youth of the City of Ottawa.  This approach will ensure we continue to learn from the lessons of previous years and new advancements in technology and engagement to reach al of our cadets to offer a unique training and learning experience for our cadets.
